Pendulum In Action : Our Commitment to Your Privacy

For those of you looking for the short and ‘straight to the point’ answer, we will always, ALWAYS, respect your privacy, your email address, and the information you give us. We’re not going to sell it, trade it, or abuse any information you submit to us. And that’s a promise.

Here’s the full details that should answer any questions you might have:

1) How will my information be used?

When you place an order on, you’ll receive emails with relevant information about Pendulum In Action. This might include login details to your Membership Site, notifications when new trainings are available and helpful support from our Customer Service team to help you get the best out of your training programs. We’ll also send you information about programs or products related to business growth and development that we think might be useful for you.

2) How do I stop receiving emails from you in the future?

If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided at the bottom of all our emails. If you’ve unsubscribed but are still getting emails from us (which shouldn’t happen), ping an email to our lovely Customer Support Team at hello@penduluminaction and they’ll manually take you off the list.

3) Who’s going to get my information?

Your information is 100% safe with us. And by ‘us’ we mean the Pendulum In Action team working with our company. We’ll never give out your email address or any of the information you submit on this site to anyone else. However if you ordered a hardcover copy of the Pendulum book, the fulfillment house responsible for shipping the books will have access to your name and delivery address – just so they can send you your book.

4) Do you use data tracking?

Yes, we collect and store information that is generated automatically as you navigate online through the site As an example, we may collect info about your computer’s connection to the internet, which allows us (among other things) to improve the delivery of our web pages to you and to measure traffic on the site. We use a standard feature found in browser software called a “cookie” to enhance your experience with the site. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. By showing how and why visitors use the site, cookies help us track user trends and patterns – as well as preventing you from having to re-enter your login details every time you go to our membership site: We also may use web beacons (single-pixel graphic files know as “transparent GIFs) to access cookies and to count users who visit the site or open HTML-formatted email messages.

Phew, that’s the tech stuff out of the way. Here’s a picture of a real cookie instead – they’re far more delicious:
